Has Facebook and Twitter Taken Over Email ?

Over recent weeks many prospective new clients have asked me is email still relevant in today’s social media driven world?

I mean with the insurgence of Facebook and Twitter does Email still get results?

Now the obvious answer is…

A study by SocialTwist looked at 119 social referral programs absorbing 3.2 million consumers with the end result being if you wish more customers to convert —

use EMAIL.

Facebook and Twitter work best for contacting more people but they do not perform well for turning prospects into cutomers.
