I find most of my clients use Email Types 2 & 3 the most

It always intrigues me when I have a client who is in a dilemma what to write to their clients.

They get confused or are unsure of how to add meaning to their emails.

Like the other day…this statement was said to me.

“Kurt, it is Ok for you. You do this all the time.”

My answer…

“Yes I do.  But I also have a system which helps me.”


Yes… You Can Use This System Too.

First off, your List or Database needs to be segmented.  What I mean by this is not everyone on your list will want the same message.

And if they do…

I guarantee different groups will respond to different subject lines.

Why ?

Because their interests are different.  They have different needs, fears, wants and desires.  They have different problems they need solved.

So the very first part of my system is to segment your main list into sublists.

The second part of my system is to understand there are only 8 different types of emails.

Yes only 8 different types.

The secret to this part of my system is to keep looking at the different types and to choose one which is easy for you to identify with on the day.

Let me explain…

By only having 8 different email types you can quickly and easily look at the list and select an email type which will resonate with your sublist on the day.

This might not sound that easy at first yet when you start to take marketing your products and services seriously you will quickly get the hang of it.

Select one and write to your lists.

Email Type One: Tell a Story;

Email Type Two: Discuss a Special Event/Holiday;

Email Type Three: Comment on a Special Media or Social Event;

Email Type Four: Media Personality Comment;

Email Type Five: A Question & Answer Email;

Email Type Six: A Testimonial Email;

Email Type Seven: Combination of Q & A and Testimonial; and

Email Type Eight: The Interview Email.

Print these out and place them in a spot where you can view them quick and easily.

Program an ’email day’ and check the list to determine which type of email grabs your attention.

Once you do this you can start writing.
